Each group is self-governing and has a history of its own, shaped by the place and people in the team.
Groups respond to local needs and mission opportunities - food banks, street pastors, night shelters, youth outreach and chaplaincy are examples of local collaboration.
There is a model constitution for groups available here but it can be tailored to suit your group.
